Yes, it’s sad to see that most designs these days aren’t very pretty at all - most fashion shows seem to be just to get attention, rather than to create something actually wearable and beautiful.
Hehe I am a bit of a Jill of all trades sometimes! Originally I hoped to be a fashion designer, and while I would still love to, since it hasn’t worked out so far, I design my own dresses and recreate some historical and film pieces.
True! I guess I just hoped to have my own storefront or fashion house (especially if it could be in Paris!). It could still happen someday, if I can figure out the business aspect. I’ve been looking into it, but it’s so technical to my mind that it may take a while to understand it.
I myself am trying to connect with business savvy people, last guy I teamed up with though robbed me blind of hundreds and scammed me. So gotta be careful.
Best to find someone in your neck of the woods who believes in you, and will pour himself into helping you out as much as you help him out.
