Character/costume design
$15 per character, including one redesign; plus $2 for each redesign after (i.e., changing more than one or two details)
Discount - Three characters = $35, $3 total for redesigns of all three.
$5 for a costume, plus $2 for each significant redesign.
Discount - 3 costumes = $12, $2 total for redesigns of all three
Voice Talent:
Voice Age Range: approximately 10-45.
Definite Alternate Accents: British, French (happy to learn others if the occasion arises.)
Acting: 2 cents per word, plus a base fee, which on the finished recording time:
$10 for up to 4 minutes of finished recording time
$15 for up to 10 minutes of finished recording time
$30 for 15 minutes+ of finished recording time
Narration: Total fee: $50 per finished hour

Artwork:
Style: Traditional Illustration/Digital painting. Please see some examples in the gallery below.
Prices:
Artworks come with limited usage rights, per the usage specified at the beginning of the project, and 2 rounds of revisions.
Please note that any requests which include copyright, multiple uses, etc. are going to cost more, unless being used for an approved charitable cause. If you later on decide you wish to use the image again in different context, be sure to contact me to obtain further permission.
Hourly rate: $12.68
Once I have the details of the project, I will be able to give you a flat rate, if you prefer, based on the project details and my hourly rate. Again, if you’re looking for have a set budget, let me know, and we may be able to work something out.
Completion Time:
Usually I take about 3-4 weeks to work on a full-sized, full-color cover art or illustration. Black and white can generally be done in half that time; logos, wordmarks, and page breakers can be done in a week.
For a rush job, expect an additional 25-50% charge depending on the needed schedule.

Cover art for Substack (horizontal)
Cover art for print books (vertical, sized to the expected cover measurements)
Interior illustrations (black and white unless you’re going for a colored book, as in children’s literature)
Substack illustrations (I.e., full color or black and white, probably in a horizontal rectangular or square image to better fit articles.)

Custom Veils
I’ve made a number of custom veils for friends, and have also begun making them for a Catholic group. If you’re looking for a unique custom veil, I’ll be happy to oblige! I typically go with a D-shape or half oval, rather than the typical triangular veil, but you can specify what style and length you’re looking for.
Unfortunately, I don’t have photos of the veils being worn, for privacy reasons, but you can see photos of a finished veil and one of the lace fabrics/trims below:
Here’s the breakdown of the cost:
Cost of supplies (you choose the lace and trim - I’ll be happy to help you find what you’re looking for)
$1.63 for attaching a snap clip
¢17 per inch of hem
1/3 of the hem price for adding trim

I recently created a 26.5” x 39” inch veil, using a unique mesh fabric embroidered with large roses (above right image), and a wide cotton lace trim:
Cost of 1/2 half yard of fabric= $13.96
Cost of trim = $6.76
Cost of time hemming veil (1.5 min per inch, 17 per min) = $16.83
Cost of adding trim (1/3 of hem cost) = $5.61
Cost of clip - $1.63
